At Ludicarc, customer satisfaction is a priority. All merchandise sold through our platform is fulfilled and shipped by third-party partner Printful. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds or replacements may only be granted in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or significantly misprinted. In such instances, the customer must notify us within 7 calendar days of the product’s delivery date by contacting contactludicarc@gmail.com. The email must include the original order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence showing the problem. Claims submitted outside of this time window may not be eligible for review.

If a refund or replacement is approved, Ludicarc will work with Printful to either issue a corrected item at no additional cost or provide a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue. Please note that we are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages due to incorrect address input by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control such as courier disruptions or customs delays.
